hereinafter – the online store – provides the content available on the website and delivers goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use outlined below.

1. General Terms
If a consumer purchases goods/services through the website, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Contract and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia regulating distance contracts, including but not limited to the Republic of Latvia's "Consumer Rights Protection Law", the Republic of Latvia's Cabinet of Ministers regulations "Regulations on Distance Contracts", and others.

2. Making Purchases
The prices and specifications of products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The product price is indicated per one product unit (piece).
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart. Fill in all necessary fields and select the most suitable delivery method. The total order costs, including delivery, will be displayed on the screen in the "cart summary". Make the purchase payment to complete the order.
In the case of a successful purchase, the Buyer will receive a purchase confirmation to the specified email address.


3. Payment Terms
The settlement currency on the site is euro. The purchase can be paid by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:
Add the payment methods that your online store will use:

  • Latvian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Citadele, and Luminor
  • Estonian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor
  • Lithuanian internet bank payments: Swedbank, SEB, and Luminor
  • Finnish internet bank payments: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästopankki, Pohjola, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästopankki
  • Visa/Mastercard card payments

NB! When using the internet bank payment method, confirm the order and click on the "Return to merchant" button.
Personal data necessary for making payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
The contract enters into force upon successful payment to the online store's bank account. If for any reason it is not possible to fulfill the order, the Buyer will be informed about it and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the notice.

4. Delivery Terms
The servicing of the online store https://ivbiotic.eu, including but not limited to, packaging of goods (shipments), delivery, returns, communication with the buyer (customer) on behalf of SIA “Brand IVBIOTICS” is provided by the delivery intermediary company SIA “OZERMEDIA”, unified registration No. 40103678683.
Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Europe, etc. Purchased goods are delivered:

  • Latvia: using AS “Latvijas Pasts” postal delivery or Omniva parcel locker/courier delivery, depending on the customer's choice. Delivery duration – 2 to 5 working days. During holidays, with increased load, delivery duration may take up to 7 working days.
  • Lithuania, Estonia: AS “Latvijas Pasts” postal delivery, Omniva, Venipak parcel locker/courier, depending on the delivery method chosen by the customer. Delivery duration – 2-5 working days. During holidays, with increased load, delivery duration may take up to 7 working days.
  • European Union member states: AS “Latvijas Pasts” postal delivery, or Express Mail Service international parcel delivery, based on the supplier's choice. Delivery duration usually takes from 4-14 working days.
  • EEA member states: AS “Latvijas Pasts” postal delivery. Delivery duration usually takes from 4-14 working days.
  • Worldwide: AS “Latvijas Pasts” postal delivery, or Express Mail Service international parcel delivery, based on the supplier's choice. Delivery duration usually takes from 7 – 20 working days.

The supplier ensures shipment of the order from the warehouse:

  • when placing an order on a working day before 17:00 – on the same day;
  • when placing an order on Friday after 17:00, or on weekends – on the next working day (Monday);
  • when placing an order on a pre-holiday day after 17:00 – on the nearest working day.

Orders placed using AS “Latvijas Pasts”, Omniva or Venipak delivery intermediary company are assigned a unique SHIPMENT TRACKING CODE, which is sent to the Buyer in the purchase confirmation email. Such a shipment can be tracked by clicking on the interactive link visible in the email.
In case the recipient's country is not an EU member state, all fees and taxes that must be paid to receive the shipment at the delivery destination must be covered by the Buyer, unless the seller has explicitly undertaken them.
Delivery costs are displayed before order confirmation. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 1-45 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to send goods up to 60 calendar days, informing the customer about it.
The Seller does not assume responsibility for the delivery of the shipment if the buyer (customer), when placing the order, has indicated an incorrect purchase address, including postal code, city, etc., or delivery to the specified address cannot be ensured due to considerations independent of the Seller.

5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the moment of receiving the Goods. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purposes, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the specified 14 days and, without providing any justification, withdraw from the distance contract (except in cases where dietary supplements, over-the-counter medications and medical goods have been purchased, which, in accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers regulations No. 416 of June 26, 2007 "Procedure for Distribution and Quality Control of Medicines", require specific storage conditions (humidity, light, temperature, etc. restrictions).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must submit the withdrawal form, which can be found here: (form) by sending it to the email address info@ivbiotic.eu within 14 days after receiving the goods.
In the event that the Buyer has been delivered goods corresponding to the goods description, in accordance with the order placed by the Buyer, the Goods are not damaged, etc., the Buyer covers the costs of returning the goods. In the event that a non-conforming, damaged, incorrect goods have been delivered, the Seller ensures the return shipment of the goods without additional charge.
The Buyer's duty is to return the Goods to the Seller without delay, but no later than 14 days after sending the withdrawal form to the online store. After receiving the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days, refund all payments received from the buyer based on the Distance Contract.
The Seller has the right to withhold the payment until it has received the Goods from the Buyer or confirmation of the return of the goods.
The online store is not responsible for delays in fulfilling obligations or non-fulfillment thereof, or other types of non-fulfillment that have arisen due to circumstances and obstacles beyond the reasonable control of the online store.
The online store reserves the right to refuse to sell goods and demand the return of goods from the Buyer if the price indicated in the online store is significantly lower than its market price due to an error.

6. Consumer Rights Regarding Non-Conforming Goods
The online store is not responsible for defects that have arisen after the delivery of the goods to the Buyer. If the purchased goods have deficiencies for which the Seller is responsible, the Buyer has the right to request the elimination of the goods' deficiencies or exchange for new goods free of charge.
If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller returns to the Buyer all payments provided for in the Distance Contract. The Seller provides a written response to the consumer's complaint within 15 days.

7. Processing of Buyer's Personal Data
The online store processes only those personal data that the buyer has entered when ordering goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.
The online store transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) mentioned in point 4 to ensure the delivery of goods.
When shopping at the https://ivbiotic.eu online store, the Buyer unequivocally agrees to receive IVBIOTICS product marketing materials (booklets, brochures) and other distribution materials about IVBIOTICS products, product samples that are added to the shipment (in the shipment box).
Likewise, the Buyer agrees to receive marketing notifications, including news, which grants IVBIOTICS the right to contact the Buyer by sending information about our services and latest offers to the Buyer's specified email address or phone number. For this purpose, IVBIOTICS may process the Buyer's email address provided when signing up for marketing communication. The Buyer has the option to opt out of marketing notifications.

8. Dispute Resolution Procedure
In matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Latvia.
The parties shall resolve all disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer through mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations or correspondence, the Parties shall resolve the dispute in the court of the Republic of Latvia, observing the normative acts of the LR. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be submitted for resolution to the Consumer Rights Protection Center or the court of the Republic of Latvia.
The Buyer also has the right to apply to the European Union dispute resolution bodies.

9. Other Terms
The integrated communication panel (correspondence site) in the online store Tidio is maintained by the delivery company SIA “OZERMEDIA”.
The tool is available for the customer's convenience, in order to quickly and efficiently receive delivery information, general information about products, and other information related to the operation of the online store.
SIA “OZERMEDIA” is not authorized to provide medical consultations, provide health indications, or other information that is directly or indirectly related to health.
The information provided by SIA “OZERMEDIA” is of an informative nature and does not create legal or civil consequences.
