IVBiotics GentleFiber is a food supplement in powder form that combines psyllium (Plantago ovata) seed husk powder, peppermint (Mentha × piperita) leaf powder, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) seed powder, yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) beta-glucans, the DigeZyme® enzyme complex and five viable bacterial cultures: Bifidobacterium infantis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus acidophilus.

The product is intended for supplementing the daily diet with a dietary fibre component, plant-based ingredients, an enzyme complex and microbiologically active cultures, especially during periods when a person wishes to pay greater attention to their eating habits, dietary fibre intake, dietary regularity and a sense of lightness from within.
