IVBiotics Gentle Iron is a carefully formulated food supplement that combines iron in bisglycinate form with four vitamins – C, B6, B12 and folate.

Each ingredient has been chosen to complement the role of iron in the body and to support normal physiological processes.

• Iron (20 mg) contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to normal oxygen transport in the body.
• Vitamin C (80 mg) increases iron absorption and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg) contributes to normal red blood cell formation and normal homocysteine metabolism.
• Folate (400 µg) contributes to normal blood formation and homocysteine metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
