VeggieBalance is a food supplement with the enzyme alpha-galactosidase, intended for use before meals that are high in products containing galacto-oligosaccharides, such as beans, chickpeas, lentils and other legumes.

Alpha-galactosidase helps break down certain complex carbohydrates that occur naturally in these products.

VeggieBalance is suitable for adults who regularly eat legumes and wish to supplement their diet with the enzyme before meals containing legumes.

Alpha-galactosidase helps reduce gas formation after consuming products that promote gas formation.

Ingredients:

alpha-galactosidase; microcrystalline cellulose; bulking agent: calcium hydrogen phosphate; anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide; coating agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

• Alpha-galactosidase (from Aspergillus niger enzyme) — 75 mg · 3750 UOL* (1 tablet)

Take 1–3 tablets just before a meal that contains legumes or other products containing galacto-oligosaccharides.
